Tag and company review

The tags are great and so was my customer service rep Luis they both get 5 stars. The problem is the printing and shipping departments were the let down and are enough to not want to purchase from this company again despite the product being good. I understand the delay due to Covid but then change your promises. Do not promise a service you know you cannot fulfill. I was promised my tags within 3-5 business days. the order was placed on Aug 14 and I never received them until Sept 1. These were promised to me by August 20, no arrival. When I called they were promised to be shipped by 25th for arrival the 26th of August. Then when I called, I was told due to production cuts these are taking longer. I was promised next day air shipping on the 27th and arrival on the 28th. Due to the incorrect shipping they were shipped 2 day air and delivered after business hours. They finally arrived on Sept 1. Very disappointing....Shipping and production get 1 star; thus the overall 3 stars.

You can upload a graphic in the following file formats:
.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png, .tif, .pcx, .tiff, .jpeg

Note:Click on the Browse button to locate your logo file. You will see a new screen and browse to your proper file on your own computer. Highlight the file name click on "Open". Then, click on the "Upload" button and your logo will be used for your label. Note that only certain files types shown above, however, are supported.

Unfortunately, lower resolution and poor quality graphics reproduce just as poorly and you may be disappointed. Obviously, the better your graphic of logo, the better your print!

On the other hand, we do not handle files that are too large (our limit is 2.5 MB).

We have special wizards that will convert colored logos into usable form for your selected design. For some designs, a colored logo is converted first to black or white.
