Mounting type not clear when ordering
When ordering my sign, I ordered from a page that showed posts coming down to be installed in the ground, which is what I wanted. The sign that came was beautiful, but it was a wall mount sign, with only wall mount hardware. I called customer service, and although he was polite, he offered no help. He said I needed to buy a new sign. I told him that there had to be a way to mount it in the ground. He said there isn't. I told him that if he didn't help me, I'd go to Home Depot and make a bracket and post myself to install it in the ground. He offered no other suggestions but to buy a new sign. I may have made a mistake when ordering, but going back on the website, I only see the ground mounted sign. At the least, the website is deceiving. There should be a verification that I wanted a wall mount.
