Mirror "cut-outs" are designed to fit over a broad range of rear view mirrors. Cut-out is 1" in diameter.
Tags are printed in black with consecutive numbering.
Parking permits are not recommended for extended outside use. These permits are intended for in-car use and, generally, hold their color for 6 months inside of a car. They are not water resistant.
Parking permits have a mirror cut out.

The temporary parking passes are exactly what I needed! They aren't flimsy so they won't rip when they are placed on the review mirror. This will definitely help with monitoring our parking lots.
