A temporary disability parking placard is valid for a minimum of 35 days and a maximum of 90 days.<\/p>\n<div id=\"renewals\">\n<h5>Renewing your permit\/placard<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<p>Renewing a disabled parking permit placard involves completing <a href=\"https:\/\/images.myparkingpermit.com\/doc\/Delaware Form MV2011.pdf\">Form MV2011<\/a> and mailing it to<\/p>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">State of Delaware<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Division of Motor Vehicles<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">PO Box 698<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Dover, DE 19903<\/address>\n<address style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Attn: Correspondence<\/address>\n<p>The form may also be completed <a href=\"https:\/\/citizen.dmv.de.gov\/public.ejs?command=PublicHandicapRenewalHome\" rel=\"nofollow\">online<\/a>. For persons with a permanent disability, there is no fee for renewal nor is a physician&#8217;s signature needed.<\/p>\n<p>To renew a temporary disability parking placard, a new application along with the physician&#8217;s certification should be submitted.<\/p>\n<div id=\"lost\">\n<h5>Lost placard\/replacement<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<p>Replacement of a lost or damaged placard may require a $1.00 replacement fee.
