This was a custom sign design that came out perfect. I would've rated it 5 stars but there is a 2" gouge in the top-level film on the left side of the sign. The packaging had no corresponding damage so this should've been caught and addressed before the sign was shipped. There is also a slight bend in the sign that was likely a result of shipping; at the price charged for shipping, I had expected more durable packaging.
